Customer sink was detached on one side and needed to have a clamp installed to have sink secured to countertop. Went to get materials after customer signed and upon arrival the customer had Ramos granite the company who installed the sink there fixing the issue.

- Clients hot water tank is providing hot water for an estimated 20 minutes and then the water goes cold. Client wants to get to the bottom of this problem. Client does not have a pan under hot water tank. Client also has two shark bite supply lines, running from the heart, and to the cold that he wants to hard pipe copper. - I have to disassemble some parts on the tank and basically unthread the two elements that are currently existing in the hot water tank - I have to find the right elements for this particular hot water tank. I will purchase and supply the elements and then replace the elements. - If this fix does not solve the problem, we will provide other options and possibly another estimate for a new hot water tank - We have to drain the tank, kill the power to the tank to replace the elements and to put the pan under the hot water tank. - Client has shark bite supply lines running from the heart into the cold as well as an old gate valve that he wants replaced with copper

The client called us about their septic tank. We came out to inspect the line and found that tree roots had penetrated the system and caused the problem. We had to dig up the broken pipes and reseal the new pipes and pipe joints after the routing to make them watertight. At the conclusion of the work, we tested the entire system and ensured the system tank was running well.

The client called us out for their septic tank. We found a scum layer in the septic was plugging the inlet pipe of the septic tank. We pumped the tank using a sewer routing tool. The line was cleared after our inervention.

The client had a problem late in the evening, and we provided emergency service. There was water all over the kitchen. We found the leak caused by a blockage under the sink. We removed the old pipe and replaced it. The problem was resolved quickly. The client was relieved.

The client contacted us about doing a fall check-up on their HVAC system. We controlled both indoor and outdoor units, changed the filters, checked the pressure on the refrigerants,and performed a video inspection of the ductwork. The client is all set until spring.

The client contacted us about a clogged drain in the yard. Using our state-of-the-art video technology, we controlled the pipes all the way to the sewer and were able to find and remove the clog without digging up the whole lawn. A friendly reminder to not let renters flush anything but TP!

The client needed a new water heater. We sat down and discussed their needs and budget in order to decide on the best possible unit. The old unit was removed and replaced with the unit the client chose. We adjusted the water pressure and tested the unit for conformity. The client was happy with the service and the improved water pressure.
