Found Moen 1/2 HP garbage disposal jammed up. Reset disposal and unjammed. Pulled out string and rubber. It is now working properly.

Estimate: - Will remove and replace seats and stems from 3 handle shower valve - Will install new chrome trim and caulk edges

Leak detection test Create ground access so that we can determine exactly the scope of work involved in repairing water leak under asphalt. Will have to break up asphalt along with dirt removal to determine where leak is coming from. Once pinpointed will create new estimate for repairing the leak. Did leak detection. Found leak location. Cut open asphalt and gained ground access. Dig out a 2’ x 2’ section and dig up a shovel and a half trench and leak was coming from further below. Will come back to find exact location tomorrow.

Sent over estimates to replace their hose bibs. Nancy said that once the doctor sees the estimate they will look it over since they were busy. They may also want to have other work done as well. I told them I’d reach out to them in a day or so to see what the final decision will be.

Found pinhole leak on 3/4” copper close to old gate valve. There are two valves on line. One is new ball valve. Estimate Recommended: - Will cut out old gate valve close to pinhole - Will repipe in copper and delete gate valve

8 FOOT SPOT REPAIR WHERE THE ROOTS HAVE COMPREMISED THE PIPE WE CAMERA ALL THE MAIN LINES IN THE BUILDING. THE MAIN LINES RUN DOWN THE CENTER OF EACH BUILDING. THE BUILDING THAT RUNS EAST TO WEST WHILE FACING THE BUILDING HAS 140 FEET THAT RUNS EAST TO WEST AND TYE INTO THE MAIN LINE AT THE END OF THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING THAT RUNS NORTH TO SOUTH IS A SEPERATE MAIN LINE THAT RUNS DIRECTLY DOWN THE CENTER OF THAT BUILDING IT LEAVES THE STRUCTURE APPROX HALF WAY UP THE BUILDING AND THAT WHERE THE CLEAN-OUT IS BY THE POOL AREA. THE PIPE THAT RUNS UP AND DOWN THE MAIN LINE IS 185 FT AND THEN 120 FEET TO THE MAIN LINE. THE TOTAL FOOTAGE OF THE MAIN LINE THAT HAS TO BE REHABBED WITH EPOXY IS 445. 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON OUR REPAIRS AND THE EPOXY PIPE WE WILL HAVE TO INSTALL MORE ACCESS TO THE PIPE (CLEAN-OUTS) BECAUSE SOME OF THE RUNS ARE TO LONG I PUT PRICES FOR 4 CLEANOUT ON THE ESTIMATE BE AWARE IF WE HAVE TO ADD MORE BECAUSE WE CANNOT OPEN THOSE CLEAN-OUT INSIDE I WILL HAVE TO CHARG

Cut/break concrete around toilet flange cut out old flange and piece of riser. Replace part of riser and install new flange

Chip and remove concrete on the back side of kitchen to allow access to the existing waste arm and Vent stack. Once we get concrete removed we will remove old copper was arm all the way back to existing vent stack in the wall. We will install new sch 40pvc for the waste arm. We will carry it from the kitchen p trap all the way to the vent stack in the wall Apex isn’t responsible for concrete put back or any dry wall or cabinetry that may need to be replaced

From the existing water meter in the side of home we will run new copper on the side of home with a new Prv and hose bib. We will jump the copper line out into the attic. Once we get into the attic we will transfer from copper to Uponor pex. We will run new pex throughout the attic and disperse to all the fixtures in the home kitchen, laundry, water heater, toilet, shower, and vanity in both bathrooms. We will install a new hose bib on the back side of home near pool area. We will cut access in dry wall on the back side of wall for for the guest bathroom laundry and kitchen. We will also have to cut access in the ceiling to get access to the master bathroom ceiling. Once we get to the bathrooms and laundry we will disperse the uponor pex to each fixture and stub out copper for stiff connections on the new angle stop install. For the island kitchen we will chip and remove concrete under the stove as well as under the dishwasher, we will then undermine the rest of the rest of the way to

Found dishwasher drain draining into open 2” p-trap. Water overflowing when kitchen sink is ran. Snaked through kitchen vent stack and cleared blockage. It is no longer overflowing. Gave estimate for hydroscrub and dishwasher drain extension to kitchen sink. Estimate Recommended: - Will snake kitchen vent stack and clear blockage - Will snake through tub overflow

Upon arriving at location customer cancelled at door saying that she already hired someone who was there at the time I arrived.

- Client is having constant clogging in his sewer system. The client is looking for a solution to make the sewer system run efficient again. - The Hydroscrub machine consists of high pressure water to blast out any old sewage or debris that has a crude overtime in the sewer system. - We have to locate the main line where it pops out of a house in the front yard. We will do that via the camera after I drop the clog. - We will dig down to the main line, cut out, roughly a 5 foot piece of cast-iron sewer. - We will dig roughly 3 foot down so we could wash all the debris and old sewage out into the hole. - We pull toilet or enter the sewer system via the vent stacks. Whatever works more efficiently to get this job accomplished. - We used a pacote machine to chain knock the 4 inch sewer. This machine has a 4 inch diameter chain links with carbide blades in which heat all the corrosion off the four-inch pipe that has accrued overtime in the sewer system. - We will chain knock both ba

Scale is a byproduct of calcium that comes from the usage of the drain system of the course of many years. As the pipe ages, more and more scale remains on the pipe to then cause areas where debris such as toilet paper to catch on. Picote chain cleaning is a method using metallic chains with carbide tips to scrape the edges of the pipe and smooth out the pipe. Once the scale is cleaned, it then has to be removed with both a mixture of pressurized water and also a removal of a small section of cast iron so that the scale does not continue inside the pipe. From the exposed cast iron, the scale is caught and dumped. Once the chain knock has been done, the cast iron can be further inspected to see if any additional work can be done. Picote

We have a hydroscrub machine that uses high pressure water to scrub out sewer lines they have extreme buildup in the sewer st particularly at the 90 where the back apartment meets the front main line it has to be scrubbed out to clear the grease/sewage blockage after we perform the scrub we will camera the line again for further analysis and provide a permanent solution pull toilet run scrub in from clean out in the front scrub line replace toilet camera

Cleared the stoppage for the toilet through the roof vent. Went inside and cleared stoppage In the tub. Upon video inspection of the main line I saw that the cast iron pipe was corroded away at the bottom from the base of the toilet at around the 12’ mark from the roof vent to the 38’ mark. Sent over estimates for hydro scrub and cleanout installing. Will have to reach back out in a week or so to determine next steps.

Apex will run sectional from stack on roof 75ft to clear obstruction in main line. Afterwards we will run camera to verify that the obstruction is gone and evaluate condition of the sewer system.
