Clients toilet will run for roughly 3 minutes after she flushes the toilet. It looks like her fill valve float is a little high. I will adjust the flow to lower the water level that should fix the problem when I’m finished I will test the toilet to make sure it’s working properly. .- Vacuum out water from the Tank. - Turn off water at the toilet - Remove fill valve - Adjust fill valve -Reinstall the fill valve - Turn the water back on - Test the fixture

Client has a leak behind the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen. When you run the kitchen sink and you run the bathroom sink you could see the water pooling behind the wall. I have to cut access into the drywall in order to find the leak after I find the leak, I will provide another estimate for the price of the repair. - At first cut a little 6“ x 6“ hole between the vanity and the toilet to try to see where the leak is actually coming from - Put eyes on the leak come up with solution for the repair - Provide another estimate for the repair We do not replace drywall - Client has a leak behind her wall on her waist arm that supports the kitchen and bathroom vanities. - Cut off compromise fern coat - Cut out roughly 6 in of cast iron 11/2 in waste arm - Repair the waste arm with roughly 6 pin piece of PVC 11/2 pipe using a coupling and fern coat - Has the fixtures

Pull both toilets and chain knock both toilet lines as well as the main cast iron line 40ft out to the new clean out installed this will descale and clean all debris out of the old cast iron pipe leaving a clean and smooth surface to inspect for epoxy to be applied. Also we will first cable then chain knock and hydro scrub the kitchen line that is impacted with grease this will clear the line to allow the inspection to be done for the further repairs

Remove and replace shower cartridge with new tub and shower posi temp cartridge If cartridge fails to work we will give half the money back towards changing valve from the front with shmitty plate Change 2 angle stops Remove old shower valve Open front of valve tile to replace valve from front Replace valve Check for leaks Install trim to valve Install customer supplied shower head Replace 50 tall water heater on 21st floor on a stand This will take 2 technicians Remove and replace laundry box

Plugged the shower drain to try and duplicate the issue by filling up the shower but was unable to do so. I filled it all the way up and rained it but no leak. Sprayed the entire shower all over and outside and still nothing. Found a few cracks in the grout in two separate corners about 5’ up the wal in the corners but still nothing. Told the, to call us once the issue presents itself again.

Sent customer estimates for installing their new smart toilet along with an estimate for adding a utility sink. They want to get other estimates first but told us that they would give us the chance to price match.

Using cable machine clear the stoppage from roof vent. Also purchase a new pop up assembly and install it in place of broken one.

Created estimate for installing new vanity, new plumbing for water lines to the vanity, new faucet, new angle stops, and new shut off valves for those lines for emergency purposes.

Clear stoppage on second floor bathroom from roof vent, also cleared stoppage with Bobby on the first floor on the kitchen sink/bar sink line. We also camera the line and showed the customer the cast iron pipes that are deteriorating. Recommended jetting the line so that we can see more clearly the further issues with the line. In the video we saw a pvc pipe the was installed that’s offset which could be causing some of the issues they were having.

Drain and Remove old 60 gallon water heater from stand in closet Once removed we we will install new 50 gallon State commercial grade heater with a new pan underneath. New expansion tank till need to be installed when new heater is installed. The existing vacuum breaker is in good condition and is able to be used with new installation. A new shut off valve will need to be installed to allow customer to be able just just turn off hot water if needed All of the piping will be new cpvc 4 year parts and labor warranty

Customer in unit number 7189 is getting water from the above unit 7191 at the gate valve which needs to be replaced. Sent over estimate to current ticket

Came out here and diagnosed each unit to determine which ones were accessible and which ones were not. Will come back tomorrow to finish diagnosing and take pictures, and come up with estimates with Bobby. Then determine the next course of action

For this call I Replaced the moen shower cartridge that was bad with a new one
