There are 2 leaks coming through the ceiling on the 1st floor. I found 1 leak. There is a strap holding up the ac duct in the ceiling. It is attached to the drywall above it in the ceiling. I was able to easily pull the screws out of the drywall and water started coming through the screw holes. I will have to cut the drywall open in order to fine the source of the leak. There are sewer and water lines in the ceiling above the 2nd leak. I will have to open up the drywall more in the ceiling to locate source of leak. The source of the leak is coming from somewhere above 101. I was unable to find where it was coming from.

Toilet handle is loose and fill valve is set too high. Tighten toilet handle and lower fill valve.

Estimate: - Will auger toilet to clear blockage - If blockage does not clear will have to write new estimate to pull toilet and snake line

Access in finding leak Cut out main line going into house Drill hole in wall going into house Do a 2 ft copper repair leak to reattach to main line Turn water on and check for leaks

Estimate: - Will drain and remove old heater - Will install 50 Gallon Natural Gas AO Smith Water Heater in its place - Will install new ball valve and expansion tank on cold side of heater - Will hook up to existing gas and water lines - Will fill up and light heater - Will haul away old heater

Crack up concrete in bathroom. Install bathroom grouping for toilet, Roman tub/shower and 2 vanities. Come out of side of house and run 75 feet to city tap. Will have to saw cut through driveway and connect to city tap. We will replace all concrete we take out. Tee off of hot and cold at water heater and run up into attic. Run hot and cold lines through attic and drop down in wall for toilet, vanity’s and tub/shower. After inspection we will come back and install all fixtures. Permitting and inspection included in price. 10 years parts and labor warranty. Apex does not do drywall or tile/flooring.

Then we will epoxy coat the cast iron sewer line from toilet flange to end of cast iron (35ft) Sewer mainline apex will dig up 30ft of 4inch sewer mainline and replace with new schedule 40 pvc We will install a clean two cleanouts We will tie in the laundry line that’s was broken before Permits and inspection for main sewer line

Run a cable down the vent stack up both back to back bathrooms to clear blockage in main line after we will run camera to see what is causing the back up in pipe Cable shower p trap to allow good flow through out the shower drain clearing any debris in the pipe
