Then we will epoxy coat the cast iron sewer line from toilet flange to end of cast iron (35ft) Sewer mainline apex will dig up 30ft of 4inch sewer mainline and replace with new schedule 40 pvc We will install a clean two cleanouts We will tie in the laundry line that’s was broken before Permits and inspection for main sewer line

Run a cable down the vent stack up both back to back bathrooms to clear blockage in main line after we will run camera to see what is causing the back up in pipe Cable shower p trap to allow good flow through out the shower drain clearing any debris in the pipe

- Client has angle stops that are damaged under vanity in laundry room - I have to replace two single angle stops. I will be using 1/4 turn angle stops. - I have to shut the water off, vacuum out the lines, drain the water lines remove the old angle stops and replace with the new angle stops - I will test the angle stops when I am finished

Existing toilets are old and jets are clogged causing weak flushes. If stronger flush is wanted, toilets will have to be replaced. Estimate to provide labor and materials to remove and replace both toilets in home. Will set new toilets with new wax rings and flange bolts and caulk bottom edges. Will haul away old toilets. Estimate to provide labor and materials to sweat off old gate valve and install new 3/4” copper propress ball valve in it’s place.

Upon arrival water softer was working correctly found heavy salt buildup in the bottom which needs to be removed customer stated they would do that them self water was draining good and filling correct while I was here. Left estimate for softner service unit 2 years old

Replace 55 gal electric water heater with State commercial grade heater Cut and remove old existing hot and cold water copper lines as well as shut off and expansion tank Once removed we will install new State commercial grade heater We will run new uponor pex to the heater on hot and cold side with a new shut off and expansion tank Once connected we will fill up water heater and text to ensure the water heater is functioning properly and is getting hot to each fixture in the home 4 year pars and labor warranty

I have to pull his toilet cable out his sewer in order to drop the clog after I drop the clog Joe is going to run a camera to see what the problem is why the sewer is clogging up We will pull a toilet run the hydroscrub machine into the house from the clean out then scrub the sewer main line from the furthest bathroom which will clean out all old sewage and impurities out of the sewer main after we have to dig up the old clean out that is popped out of the front of the house there is a separation in the sewer line in which roots got in we will cut out the compromised sewer pipe and replace with a new clean out also we have to connect a 2 in pipe with a combo after that we will cut out the 2 in Ptrap setup by the washer machine reinstall a new ptrap with a student vent to vent the washing machine properly when all done we will warranty the sewer for 6 years if city doesn’t fix the connection at city main we’ll fix it for $1000

I have to dig out 2 in gas coming from house in order to expose clean two in pipe then cut out compromised galvanized that is leaking I also have to take part gas plumbing up to shut off on the pool heater to repair I have to mega press a 2 in cupling onto the galvanized reduce to one in place a one in piece of galvanized into the cupling then get a one in to 3/4 90 to Arturo the rest of the plumbing on pool heater I also need a mega press slip cupling to re attached to the shit off 3/4 When the repair is finished I have to shut off all gas fixtures in the house and pressure test the gas line with air compressor and gauge to determine if the leak is fixed

Meter is spinning. Turned off main water shutoff to house and it is still spinning. Called leak detection. Leak in main water line. Dig trench from meter to house. Replace existing water line with 3/4 uponor. Transition from uponor to copper and run up side of house. Install ball valve, prv and hose bib. Connect to main going into house. Permitting and inspection. 10 year warranty.

Pull toilet to diagnose issue.

Cut and remove old leaking copper pipe and replace with new copper and 2 pro press couplings

1ft copper replacement with hose bib, chip out the concrete around the broken pipe sweat new pipe reinstall hose bib.

Cut access in dry wall to find where leak is located Leaking tub drain replacement Reconnect new tub drain replacement with new tub drain and new putty

Remove block to access main and find leak Dig trench to side of garage Install new 1inch uponor pipe from meter to garage Drill hole into garage through block Install new main shutoff outside garage Run copper through hole in block Run uponor through garage into crawl space Install uponor to existing water softener

We dug down 1 foot Exspose pvc pipe 1 inch Crack was on one elbow Cut and replace three elbows and a tee with new pvc fittings

Install water heater 40 gallon straight swap

Crawl under building Disconnect pipe Run cable to clear sewer mainline
