Replace 2 p traps

Remove p trap below kitchen sink Run cable machine through kitchen waste arm Reattach kitchen p trap

Disconnect kitchen drain Run camera through kitchen drain to try and identify the problem Run cable through kitchen drain to clear blockage

If auger is unsuccessful will have to pull toilet Estimate: - Will drain and remove toilet from floor - Will cable through toilet drain to clear blockage - Will reset toilet with new wax ring

We will cut block wall for waste arm to stack Cut san t on stack , replace with schedule 40 pvc Repair block wall . We need to do a hydroscrub from kitchen to cleanout We need to install a clean in the front yard

Estimate: - Will cut tile under toilet and break concrete to access cast iron - Will cut cast iron riser - Will stub up 4” PVC connecting to cast iron with no-hub band - Will install PVC flange flush with tile - Will pour concrete - Will set toilet with new wax ring and bolts - Will caulk bottom edges

Estimate: - Will shut off water to house - Will solder off 1/2” copper tees with valves attached - Will install new 1/2” copper tees going up and down - Will install hose bibb on top of each tee - Will install angle stop on bottom of each tee - Will run new stainless steel supplies from angle stops and connect to existing adjacent laundry tub faucet

Remove island vent cap Run mini hydro scrub machine down 3inch line Camera line to ensure successful hydroscrub

Turn water off and drain system Drain water heater and remove from property Supply and install new 40 gallon tall water heater Once installed we will turn water on and check for leaks

-we open up the wall where stack is -We will change out waste arms for stack and laundry -We will dig a trench from round house through concrete and tie into main sewer line in front of house -Concrete trench will be so cut -Concrete trench will be 20 feet -Total length of sewer line to be installed is 47 feet -We will replace block work on wall -we will put all concrete back and trench to driveway level -To cleanout install -All pipes are in schedule 40 PVC -Permit and inspection included -

Cut out old washer box and replace with new.

Estimate: - Will solder coupling into 1/2” pipe - Will stub out new angle stop for toilet

Will cut drywall next to toilet in master bathroom to access hallway bathroom tub drain Found tub drain loose and gasket installed on top instead of bottom. Cut access and found water leaking from tub shoe. Drain needs to be resealed. Estimate: - Will remove tub drain - Will reinstall tub drain with new sealant and install gasket on correct side - Will test for leaks - Will install access panel next to master toilet (tubular drain and overflow must have an access panel)

Cut out bad gate valve and installed quarter turn ball valve on main water inlet.

Estimate: - Will shut off water to house and drain water from pipes - Will cut bad manifold behind kitchen sink - Will replace manifold connection with copper fittings - Will not repair drywall Estimate: - Will cut out bad gate valve - Will install 3/4” ball valve on main inlet to home

Came out to clients house due to her toilet in her master bedroom clogging up everything else works both vanities and two bathrooms both showers one toilet the compromise toilet is the toilet I’m going to auger, but the kitchen is draining. Everything‘s draining but the one toilet, so I feel an auger will resolve the issue, I’m going to get on the roof to camera the vent stack if some of the roof cracks due to the type of roof it is we are not liable if I do not camera these lines, there will be no warranty offered if it clogs again. Payment will be mandatory without a camera. - Bring auger in compromised bathroom - Auger the toilet - Test the fixture - Clean up - Camera the vent stack if allowed - If granted, no access to the vent stack, there will be no warranty on this job If the auger does not work, there will be another estimate provided to cable the mainline

Cabled both horse stall drains to clear blockage but could not clear Estimate: - Will Install cleanout on 4” horse stall drain line next to barn - Will hydroscrub to clear line - Will camera line

- connect already existing cpvc line to main water line -add two hose bib (move one higher so customer can reach) -connect other side of cpvc line along walkway and up pillar 6 ft total - install ball valve and hose bib - connect mister along beam facing into patio -customer supplied mister
