The service I received was not so great. The guys were nice and all but I’m not thrilled with the experience I had. I want to know why I had to last minute find someone to finish my bathroom - why wasn’t that explained to me up front so I had time to look for tile? Why is it posted all over your Facebook page that your team has redone bathrooms beautifully but my bathroom looks not so great because I had to find someone last minute to try to find tile that matches and it doesn’t match. Why did the owner Joe never call or text me back when I reached out to him? It’s like he just dumped me on his partner and I never saw him again. Why was the concrete on my porch cut dry? There was a huge plume of concrete dust that kicked up all over my porch, the technician left my garage door open so dust went all over everything in my garage, and the dryer was running so dust got all over the inside of my dryer and clothes and I’m still trying to get the smell out. My internet line got cut because no one had utilities come out and flag lines first. That really sucked. I appreciate you putting me in an air bnb for the weekend so I could do my online homework. That was nice of you. The contractor I hired to finish my bathroom also had to correct a very crooked part that was installed by your technician. I don’t think that’s right. Last but not least, I’m not thrilled with the concrete pour. There’s still gaps in my bathroom floor. I’m leaving you this review so you can take it as an opportunity for improvement but I don’t think you want me to leave a public review.
There is a pinhole leak in a copper pipe behind the water heater. Drain and remove water heater to get access to piping. Cut out section of copper pipe and install new copper pipe and fittings.
Customer called and states there is a leak on the side of house. Upon my discovery I found that the pressure relief valve is leaking Will need to do a pressure test to ensure city water pressure is spiking or if the prv is malfunctioning. The price of this test will be rolled over into the repair.
