Estimate: - Will perform leak detection to identify spot of leak - Will break up concrete to identify repairs that need to be made - Will write up plumbing inspection report and an estimate for repair for insurance purposes Estimate: - Will cut out broken CPVC and all surrounding fittings - Will repipe with 3/4” CPVC and fittings - Will test for leaks - Will repour dirt and concrete level with floor

- connect already existing cpvc line to main water line -add two hose bib (move one higher so customer can reach) -connect other side of cpvc line along walkway and up pillar 6 ft total - install ball valve and hose bib - connect mister along beam facing into patio -customer supplied mister

- Client has a clog in main line - I’ll jump on the roof and cable the vent stack - I’ll test the fixtures when finished

Mainline clog from cleanout

- Clients bathrooms are clogged - I’m going to cable the vent stack from the roof - I will be using my commercial cable. I will run it down the vent stack to drop the clog. - After I drop the clog, we will test the fixtures - We will run a Camera in the sewer system when finished with the cable. - The client had a clog in his mainline. Both of his bathrooms were clogged up. - I drop the clog using my commercial sectional cable I was in the sewer system, roughly 60 feet when I drop the clog - We ran a camera and discovered that clients sewer system was very dirty with old sewage and grease - We will Hydro scrub the clients main line sewer system, using high-pressure water and a hydroscrub technology - After we Hydro scrub the sewer we will run a camera to make sure that the sewer system is clean and is functioning properly. - After we Hydro scrub the sewer system we will install clean out in clients front yard. This will provide easy access to the sewer system in the future.

Pull the master bathroom toilet to jet out the sewer line, pour the guest bedroom toilet to jet out sewer line will camera inspect the main sewer and address any issues that may arrive well clear the master shower, double vanity as a courtesy, two year warranty on drainage with one return trip

Replace shower valve replaced 30 gallon water heater shower valve is brushed nickel to supply and install a flowtech device which was already ordered and should be in on Monday. This job will be rescheduled for Tuesday of next week.

Landry line is partially repiped but jeeps backing up. Run camera to diagnose issue. Laundry line is running into a drain field and keeps backing up. Cut 2 small section of 2 inch pvc Laundry line. Dig trench from Laundry line to main line in back yard. Run 2 inch pvc Laundry line through trench and connect to main line. Permitting and inspection.

Gave estimate for new kitchen sink and faucet

Shower only has hot water. Unable to remove handle to try and diagnose issue.

I have to remove the toilet mount a repair flange onto the old flange and reinstall the toilet if this Doesn’t work we have to remove the old flange and repair it with a new 90 closet bend and a new flange we will apply 400 to the repair if need be

I have to vacuum water out of toilet detach the toilet cable the sewer the reset the toilet and test the toilet caulk toilet when I’m finished

CHANGE OUT TUBULAR TRAP FOR DOUBLE SIDED SINK IN KITCHEN

Replace existing shower valve. Will have to go through tile in front.

Pull toilet and remove vanity from wall. Open up bathroom wall to access waste arm. Replace copper waste arm with schedule 40 pvc. Replace 3 existing emergency stops with new quarter turn stops. Install and hook up new customer supplied vanity and sink. Existing gate valve for water heater is leaking and green.

New water filter install Install new water filter in replacement of the old leaking water filter as well as replacing old angle stop with new quarter turn angle stop

Remove piece of glass/plastic cleaned out disposal

-WE WILL REMOVE THE 12 FEET BETWEEN THE HOUSE AND THE CLEAN-OUT THAT IS IN THE BACKYARD -WE WILL UNDERMINE THE CONCRETE SO WE DONT CREATE ANY CONCRETE WORK AFTER WE ARE DONE -WE WILL EPOXT FROM THE EDGE OF THE HOME TO THE TOILET -WE WILL EPOXY THE STACK THROUGH THE SINK DOWN TO THE MAIN LINE 10 YEAR WARRANTY I WILL CREDIT ALL THE MONEY PAID ON THE HYDROSCRUB TOWARDS THIS JOB

Pull toilet in master bathroom Will need to run chain knock machine to clean off anything previous hydroscrub did not remove. Will do another hydroscrub to clean out debris from the original Cleanout location Will need to allow sewer line to dry, once dry we will then apoxy from the master bathroom out to the main line. Reset toilet and caulk Will need to allow 5 hrs to dry, once dry the sewer will be able to be put into use.
