Removed and reset toilet with new wax ring and bolts. Cleaned out roaches and old wax from flange. Drain is no longer leaking.

Upon arrival found master shower clogged snaked shower stall line to clear stoppage line flowing. Water somewhat pooling in shower stall recommend having company that installing it to come check the pitch before they finish the job completely also found that the trim had no sealant around it recommend they seal around it.

Re route discharge line for dish washer up and above garbage disposal for proper flow thought out the discharge line Reroute sewer for kitchen like under sink at 1/8 pitch to allow proper flow through out the kitchen waste arm Reroute half inch cpvc water underneath the sink with new angle stop Replace san-t in stack in bathroom for kitchen waste line

-REPIPE THE FOLLOWING SEWER (APPROX 20 FT PVC TO PVC) -TOILET -SINK -SHOWER -TUB

The client was having difficulty with their hot water pressure. We controlled the water heater and found a lot of sediment. Flushed it and suggested our regular maintenance plan.
