4 new hose bib replacements Unthread old hose bibs and replace with new quarter turn

Replace 80ft of the main line from the house to the street. We will put cleanouts at the house septic tank and one in the center. We will be installing schedule 40 pvc. We are also going to make access to the hose bib inside the rental property and take a look at the galvanized pipe. If it is an easy fix we will install a hose bib. We will have to use excavator to dig everything up. 10-year warranty parts and labor Apex Plumbing will take care of all inspections and permitting.
