I obtained Apex's name from a neighbor that replaced their PSL and since I have trust issues with contractors I always like to talk to someone who actually has used them for something. My neighbor had a great experience with them so I figured I'd give them a call. They came out when they said they would and did a video inspection of my pipe and were friendly and courteous. I needed some additional documents to submit this inspection for a rebate through my county and they promptly emailed what I needed to accomplish this task. I then scheduled the actual replacement and had the same positive experience, Mark & Kyle were courteous and friendly and got the job done, passed county inspection and I am satisfied with the quality of work that was done. Their proposals come via email and I paid them online which made it easy and convenient as well.
Worst, licensed plumber did not come to work. 2 kids showed up, worked for 1.5 hrs for $650/ ...!!

There is a stump growing by the home. Camera footage was taken 9/8/23. The first root cracked the ABS and essentially pancaked the pipe. This root appeared to be already freshly cut before Apex arrived on site. It was discovered that corrugated pipe and ferncos were used to attach the building sewer to the mainline sewer. The cast iron was found to be corroded, packed with grease, broken, and closed off once the camera got to approximately 35 feet, and the camera could go no further. Also, the root appeared to have raised the mainline outside of the home higher than the sewer line leading the home. All of these findings result the sewer system not to be up to code. After these finding, it was suggested this client take the following steps, to which they accepted: Clean blockage on both bathrooms Run cable from VTR on top of room to clean blockage in main line 6 ft sewer spot repair Once we cut and remove stump we will cut out the 6 ft of intruded sewer pipe After pipe is removed

I John Mcnulty came out to 10525 Hetrick Circle East Largo, FL 33774 at 3 pm Wednesday Aug 23 to evaluate a shower valve (leak) my conclusion is there is no leak I examined the shower/tub valve everything looks good. I do not know what caused the water damage on the wall next to the bathtub but in my personal opinion I think water ran off the shower curtain on to the wall and over time causes the damage

Leak stain in bathroom above shower Need to open up drywall of ceiling to properly diagnose what is leaking. Customer stated they had a leak going on. Identified ac leak from unit above. After identifiying leak stains in bathroom I gained access to ceiling to find the ptrap and drain showing signs of leaking in the past. There is also a piece of pipe that is cockeyed in a rubber fitting which is most likely the culprit. Drywall underneath p trap is also wet so this has leaked recently. I recommend to cut out and replace 4 ft of cast iron with ptrap, remove drain for tub in unit above. Replace everything with parts house supplied drain, pvc p Trap and pipe. 3 yrs parts and labor warranty 5% discount for repeat customer

We will have have to replace corroded copper water lines from the main outside the house (through the side of house) up to the attic in copper 3/4 in line After we penetrate the attic through the side of the house we will convert from copper to uponor and run a main line the width of the whole house in 3/4 in uponor line We will then drop lines to all fixtures via 1/2 in uponor (hot/cold) two bathrooms,laundry room, kitchen, hot water tank, etc Hooking up new water from old system entails drilling holes in which are sealed before departure possible excavation and replacement of old lines via any way possible to get the job done with great efficiency and professionalism

The leak is coming put of a 3/4 tee inside of the wall. Have to cut out 3/4 tee and 3/4 90 that is coming off of the tee. Rebuild copper pipe with 3/4 tee, 3/4 90, 4 3/4 slip couplings and a short length of 3/4 pipe.
