What I thought was a small job (unclogged bathroom sink) turned into a major issue (replacing pipe that leads into the stack). I'm so glad I had an experienced plumber that could access the situation and correct the problem - Zack provided excellent service. If I should need a plumber in the future, I know who to call.

Great work done today

We didn't even know we had a heat exchanger until we had a problem. Turns out it was a device installed over 25 years ago as part of a utility company's efficiency program to use excess heat from the heat pump to boost the water heater — but all we knew at the time was water was gushing out of a box on the wall behind the heat pump compressor that clearly had electrical wires running to it. We tried calling the water and electric utilities, since we couldn't tell who installed it, and then our AC repair outfit, and Apex Plumbing; Apex were the only folks who said they'd send someone right away to figure out what was going on. They got here quickly, figured out what this strange box was and the best way to resolve the issue, and we were able to turn the water back on to our house within an hour or two of their arrival. It wasn't our first good experience with Apex, and I'm really glad to have them in my contacts list.

Great experience with the plumbing work that was done. The installation of two toilet seats was completed, although there was a minor leak. However, the plumber responded properly and fixed it right away. Overall, satisfied with the service.

Joseph was such a godsend at 4am! We had clogged toilets with sewage backing up into the shower and bathtub. He found the wad of "flushable" wipes that had to have come from the condo residents that share our plumbing lines. He worked outside in the dark and the rain to ensure a perfect outcome. He also made plumbing recommendations for us to give to our condo association to prevent future issues. Thank you, Joseph! If I had a sixth star you'd get that one too!

We discovered a pinhole leak behind a shower wall in the evening, called Apex around 8 a.m. the next morning, and they arrived by around 9:30 a.m. They quickly located the problem, explained three different options for repairing it, answered all my questions, and had our water back on quickly. It was our first time using Apex, and our first experience with a leak like this, but I’m really glad I found them when I did.

If I could recommend any plumbing company, it would be Apex. I highly recommend calling Apex to assess your situation before any other plumber. Jimmy and Vinny were extremely professional, competent and overall great gentlemen. I was having kitchen drain issues and I made the dumb mistake of calling three other companies (two of them being big corporate names) before giving Apex a call. The three other companies offered expensive solutions such replace piping which didn't need replacing and adding a unnecessary pump, didn't accurately diagnose my issue and gave me the run around for weeks leaving me without a kitchen sink. With the other three companies, it was one thing after another and the prices kept on going up. Once I called Apex for a free estimate, Jimmy and Vinny came over the same day, accurately diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink and gave me a solution that didn't involve busting up my flooring and replacing my drain pipes. I felt a huge weight off my shoulders after calling Apex that day and now I can use my kitchen sink! The pricing for Apex was better than the other companies as well in terms of hydrojetting. However, the money I spent was well worth it with Apex, I wish would have called sooner. I could have saved a lot more money, time and avoided a lot of stress. If I could rate Apex beyond 5 stars, I would. Thank you!

Austin was on time and very thorough. He explained the problem and was able to make the repairs. I will definitely use again when needed. The only reason not all 5 stars is mot their fault, all plumbing is expensive, but these guys were more reasonable that mist that I called.
