Customer called stating they failed a home inspection due to a leaking drain line under house I crawl3d under to discover an old 3inch cast iron pipe that was backpitch. The 3 inch pipe is connected to a cast iron y that goes up and connects to pvc. The 3 inch continues and connects to the stack. Cut out y a foot on each side and replace y with new pvc y and mission bands No warranty Customer states they were flagged for the tp valve nor the pan are piped to the outside. Customer states he will move washer and dryer away from area for work to be done From original tp valve, I will pipe tp drain to the outside using Cpvc. Will need to drill through block wall to get 3/4 pipe outside. After removing old y I have found that the original cast iron 3 inch pipe is cracked down the side. My recommendation is to removed the rest of the 3 inch cast iron line and replace with new pvc from existing pvc to new pvc y I will be installing.

Customer states kitchen sink backs up when laundry drains. Usually stays in sink for most of the day. I will start by snaking out from the laundry but if that does not work I will need to climb onto roof and cable through roof stack.

Hydroscrub main line from dumpster in 80 ft into main drain line . We will use our chain knocker to descale the inside of the cast iron pipe than Hydroscrub inside of pipe to get debri out of pipe We will run camera softer to inspect line Bust concrete and run 1” condensate drain to floor drain just under surface of concrete to the floor drain leaving a 1” air gap per code Install new trap and grated drain to allow space for condensation drain air gap

Floor drain under dumpster is clogged with debris (grate is broken allowing large debris into drain cannot be snaked. We have to bust a approximately a 3 foot hole in the concrete dig down and cut out pipe and clear debris within 3 feet of drain ( if drain is clogged further down the line there will be additional charges to clear the clog) then we install new trap and drain grate and replace concrete. ( $325 charge from snaking drain rolls off this estimate charge)

We have to demo block wall in order to run a waste arm 2 in from the washer machine over to the 2 in stack that is on the orther side of the block wall in order for the washer machine to drain properly We will cut into the 2 in cast iron stack add a pvc 2 in santy that will be secured with (2 ) 2 in fern coats we will then connect the pvc drain (waste arm) to the remaining stack in the old bathroom this will give efficiency when it comes to drainage We have to demo block wall and run pvc along the block wall re connect the water 1/2 in copper lines with hammer resters to prevent the water pipes from bouncing around 40% deposit required 842.80

There were roots inside of pvc pipe for rain gutter. I pulled the roots out and snaked the line. Ran hose through pipe to clear out.

SEWER RE-PIPE 1 BATH KITCHEN LAUNDRY AFTER A THOUGHOUT INSPECTION OF THE SEWER LINES THE PIPES IN THE BATHROOM ARE SO BAD THAT THE CAMERA IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE TURNS OUT OF THE MAIN LINE. FROM WHAT I CAN SEE OF THE MAIN LINE IT IS ORIGINAL CAST IRON AND IS ALSO IN THE SAME SHAPE. MY DIAGNOSIS IS TO RE-PIPE THE BATHROOM KITCHEN AND THE LAINDRY OUT TO THE CITY TAP IN THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. WE WILL CRACK CONRETE IN THE BATHROOM UNDERMINE THE TUB TO TH REAR OF THE PROPERTY TO RE-PIPE THE BATHROOOM. THE KITCHEN WE WILL RUN THROUGH THE KITCHEN CABINETS TO THE BATHROOM AND CONNECT TO THE PIPING IN THERE. THE LAUNDRY WE CAN CATCH AT THE REAR OF THE HOUSE AND DIG IT TO THE MAIN LINE, WE WILL USE PVC PIPE AND THIS PRICE INCLUDES ALL INSPECTIONS 10 YEAR WARRANTY Pipe sewer main to city tap. 100 ft $1300 R&R old tub with new left hand drain white tub. $1500 Permit revisions and fix work requested by inspector $127 Convert old tub spout from Cpvc to copper

Customer has declined any recommended work. I do still recommend the water heater to be replaced as I checked temps at some faucets and they range from 166 to 174.

REPLACE THE PIPE TO THE SHUT OFF -THE PIPE THAT RUNS FROM UNDER THE SINK TO THE TOILET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IT IS CLOGGED OR THERE WAS TO MUCH GLUE USED WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED -WE RAN A SUPPLY LINE FROM THE FAUCET TO THE TOILET TO BYPASS THAT STUB OUT AND IT WORKED WAY MORE EFFICIENTLY WITH SIGNIFICANTLY MORE PRESSURE WOMANS BATHROOM TOILET WITH BAD PRESSURE -CUT ACCESS 14X14 PANEL INSTALLATION -CHANGE THE ANGLE STOP

Apex plumbing will locate the main line in the clients front yard we will dig down to the main line cut into the main line While the main line is open in the front yard we will pull both toilets in the house and first run our chain knock technology down the cast iron sewer line in which will knock all old corroded cast iron off the sewer pipe it will also open the sewer pipe up to its original size while clearing a path through the old cast iron sewer we will do this in both bathrooms After we are done chain knocking the sewer we will then run our hydroscrub technology through the cast iron in which was just chain knocked this will clean and blast away all the old material left behind from the chain knock when the sewer is totally opened up and cleaned out we will replace the toilets and put a clean-out in the front yard. ( This is preparation for a future perma liner ) ( this cost will come off price of perma liner job in the future excluding the clean-out installation)
