Find a cleanout to cable and drop clog, if no cleanout get on roof to cable thru stack. Water came up from bottom of toilet and broke wax ring. Need to reset toilet

There is a small section of cast iron in between the pvc main line and the clay city connection that is causing backups and needs to be replaced. We will remove pavers behind pool and dig up sewer pipe. Cut pvc and clay pipe to remove section of cast iron. Install new 5 foot piece of pvc and connect to city. Cold side angle stop leaking under bathroom sink. Removed old angle stop and replaced with new quarter turn angle stop.

There is already a gas line coming up through the floor with a old shutoff on it. The shutoff will not open. Remove old shutoff and install a new gas shut off valve.

Bathroom group was backed up, causing toilet to overflow and into shower. Pulled toilet and cleared blockage. Reset toilet and tested for leaks and flow.

Checked add-on master bath fixtures. Tested fixtures for hot water. All fixtures have hot water. Checked all fixtures to see when tankless water heater turns on shower has to be almost all the way on for the tankless unit to sense the water flow. Lav has to be turned on about 1/3 turned on before tankless unit senses the flow and turns on. Tankless unit is failing to sense water flow due to age of unit and failure to service unit yearly
