Inadequate hot water, strange noises like popping or rumbling, water discoloration, leaks surrounding the unit, and a rotten egg odor all indicate that your water heater needs to be repaired. Reduced water pressure or rapid temperature changes are also red signals. If you discover any of these problems, it's best to obtain expert help right once to assess and fix the situation, preventing further damage or any safety hazards.
Regular plumbing maintenance for your home is recommended annually. This schedule allows professionals to inspect your plumbing system, identify potential issues, and perform preventive measures. However, certain factors may necessitate more frequent checks, such as an older plumbing system or living in an area with hard water. Additionally, be attentive to any signs of plumbing problems and address them promptly. Proactive maintenance helps avoid major issues, enhances system efficiency, and prolongs the lifespan of your plumbing components.
Signs of a clogged or damaged sewer line include slow drains in multiple fixtures, foul odors, gurgling sounds, and sewage backups. If you notice any of these signs, it's essential to seek professional sewer pipe cleaning services.
While chemical drain cleaners may offer a temporary solution, they can cause damage to your pipes over time. It's recommended to avoid using them and instead opt for professional drain cleaning services to ensure a thorough and lasting solution.

On arrival, customer stated both toilets And shower were backing up. Opened up the cleanout in the front yard and discovered water level was sitting about halfway up the cleanout. Advise the customer the best way to go about clearing this blockage would be to run cables from the clean out. Ran cables about 40 feet and alleviated the blockage, ran off facilities in the home to flush line. Also ran guard hose through clean out to ensure line was clear and would flow. Will have camera evaluation set up for Tuesday, Customer is available anytime because he works from home.
Customers, kitchen and laundry were backing up on arrival. Attempted to clear line from access behind laundry. Could only run a pistol snake through the line and cannot get any 5/8 cable through customer also does not have any vent access or a cleanout access for that line. We will need to return tomorrow to cut up a section of drywall behind the washing machine and cut open the vent buried in the wall to be able to run a camera and cable through to alleviate the issue. Also may be adding a Studer vent under the kitchen sink and a Studer vent in the laundry room

Remove toilet and bolts Inspect wax seal and flange Remove old wax seal Install new wax ring and closet bolts Reset toilet Turn water back on and flush test Spoke with Customer and he approved to pull the toilet and assess why the base of the toilet was leaking when flushed. Returned to pull toilet at a later time. Once toilet was removed I did see that the wax seal was bad and once bolts were removed, the toilet was not seated properly. Remove the old wax seal tightened down Johnny bolts. Added a new wax seal and put toilet back on flange tightened down bolts connected supply line and flush tested toilet multiple times. Toilet is no longer leaking from the base so I applied a layer of caulking to seal the toilet to the floorboard . Sent Customer a link for him to pay via email because he was not on site.
Customer stated they noticed leaking, which seems to be coming from master bathtub coming from floorboards or baseboards in guest bathroom and in a corner in the living room. We will be returning on Monday to do a leak detection test and cut open some access in the drywall to visually see if we can find a leak in the drain pipe.

Replaced two faucets for kitchen sink also 3 aerator in bathroom sinks. Also replaced shower head. Everything comes with 1 year warranty labor.flushed out line from dirt.
Customer wanted a price for repairing leaking water valve. Property owner was not on site so I spoke back-and-forth with his employees. After diagnosing the issue and deeming that this will need a rebuild kit , Some new galvanized nipples due to the fact, two of them are leaking, and it would take about two hours of time to rebuild and replace leaking components of the pump. Explain to him he gets a two-year warranty with the labor after work is complete, also asked him if he had a price point he wanted to be at, but he didn’t give me a definitive answer and told me he was going to hold off. I would also have to track down the proper parts at the supply house.
Maintenance said they took care of it already
