Est for repipe Replace hot and cold water lines to all fixtures with emergency stops and valves for washer two hose bibs on both sides of the house. We will have to open drywall to make connections to lavs toilets and shower valves and ice maker box. We will have to move fridge and dishwasher to crack concrete to run lines to island sink we will patch concrete after inspection 25 year manufacturer warranty on pipe 2 years parts and labor We are not responsible for drywall patch
