Had an emergency leak on a Sunday. I called Apex at 10:00 am; service was estimated and work performed by 3:00 pm. Bobby the estimator/manager was kind and friendly and knowledgeable and Wesley the person performing the work was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is they wanted to make sure the job was proper before they left my house. They also stayed in touch with me the rest of the day to ensure no issues. Well done Apex.

Work Order 135633 Under renovation right now and they need 5 toilets installed she said we will need wax rings and caulking. They have inspection at 330 so it needs to be quick. Delilah is point of contact- 954-686-7378 Set, caulk, cap and ensure 4 toilets are running with no leaks. 4 toilets are done will come back to set last toilet when floor for the room is layed. We will run a main line from the water main up into the attic with a 3/4 uponor line We will drop 1/2 in lines from the main 3/4 in down from the attic to the bathrooms we will drop the lines down through the walls (there will be drywall repair needed / we do not repair drywall) We will drop 1/2 in lines down from the main 3/4 line in the attic through the walls to both kitchens We will then drop 1/2 in lines down from the attic to the hot water tanks We will also run a 3/4 main to the hot water tanks and T off to the bathrooms the kitchens We will use 1/2 in uponor for the hot and cold lines for the many T-offs to the several fixtures We will use 3/4 in uponor for the hot and cold main lines We will have to use several uponor parts such as 1/2 and 3/4 90’s, cuplings, reducers, rings, Ts and manifolds to get the job done with maximum efficiency We will start immediately and this job should take 3-5 days maximum Extra cost due to mandatory GC and permitting reasons Material cost

Commercial cable from clean-out / toilet I will use my commercial 1/4 in cable to drop the clog they’ve had several issues over the years they may have a clean-out if not I’ll pull the toilet and drop the clog I will then have my boss come out and camera the lines to see if there’s an underlying problem in the sewer I will disclose all information to the manager before I leave

Crack up concrete where 1/2 inch pipe is going into Slab. Gave price for concrete removal and replacement. Will give price for repair once pipe is exposed. Copper line under concrete had a big hole in it. Removed concrete and repaired copper line with a short piece of uponor pipe.

Bathroom wall will be demoed we have to come in and hook up new shower valve via copper/uponor at the correct measurements width length and depth in order to fit tub/shower valve in a the wall and also so it fits precisely with the trim for shower / bathtub

Run camera through ground level Cleanout in front of house to determine what kind of work needs to be done. Will give half of this price back towards the bigger chosen job. Will need to gain access through roof vent in order to camera inspect that particular bathroom grouping. Dig out old clean out, Pull toilet from troubled bathroom. Cable from pulled toilet out to Cleanout, attatch hydro scrub to cable to pull back. Hydro scrub from that branch out newly gained hole. Scrub into house and out to main city tap. Reinstall original Cleanout if in good condition.

Call and schedule leak detection to come out and locate leak under slab. Water repipe for 3 bathroom, laundry, kitchen and tub sink. Will need to open up dry wall for 3 vanities and 1 kitchen, will need to open drywall in laundry Install 3/4 inch uponor from point of entry for water into house, connect to water heater and run lie off water heater, run 3/4 hot and cold line to each bathroom kitchen and laundry. Branch off with 1/2 inch uponor to each fixture and connect to new angle stops. New supply lines from angle stop to each faucet and toilet. 25 yr uponor warranty 10 yr parts and labor warranty

Apex Plumbing performed a camera inspection. The camera inspection is what is billed in this invoice. Apex Plumbing evaluated the plumbing to be in the following conditions.: WATER SYSTEM: -There is a leak under the kitchen sink -There is a leak under the bathroom sink -It is suggested the water be re-piped in at least the kitchen and bathroom in order to protect the surrounding foundations and fixtures. If client is interested in water re-pipe estimate, this can be provided. MASTER BATH: -All PVC looks to be installed correctly and is functioning properly HALL BATH: -We were unable to pull the toilet in this restroom, due to the flange and bolts being rusted and corroded. -The current homeowner reports they have had back up issues in this restroom -It is suggested that the sewer in this restroom is re-piped in order to alleviate current problems, prevent future back ups and protect the surrounding foundation and fixtures.
