Cutting and removing damaged section of piping and shut off and replacing with new quarter turn shut off and hose bib Re securing piping to wall of structure Once secure pressure testing and ensuring issue is resolved 1 year warranty

Cable mainline stoppage from outside cleanout on exterior wall cleared stoppage then ran camera through drain line from outside clean out an exterior wall found major back pitch and belly right where connections are underneath bathroom floor. Do not know issue was caused from roots. Customer does have major oak trees growing Around home or pipes were in properly installed. After video inspecting drain lines underneath home Talked to customer about options. Customer mentioned he would possibly be interested and adding a second bathroom to home walk-through home with customer showed customer different things that we could do to add the second bath or the one bathroom and reroute the drain lines for the kitchen sink and the Washing machine. Both bathrooms would be on an exterior wall, where we can reroute the plumbing around the side of the home and around front of home without disturbing anything in the living room or dining room or kitchen the floors install new schedule 40 PVC piping a

Santee for kitchen sink has a hole in it. It only leaks when you fill the sink up and let it drain. Cut out santee and install new santee with 3 ferncos. Put more silicone around corner of sink to stop leaking.

Removing exisiting faucet and replacing with customer supplied faucet 1 year installation warranty

There is a leak somewhere in the home. You can hear the it in the garage close to the laundry box. We will do a leak detection to find where leak is. Waste arm for kitchen is to high. For garbage disposal and new sink that has been put in. Open up block wall behind kitchen. Remove waste arm and santee. Install new pvc santee lower down. We will drill a new hold through the back of the vanity. Waste arm line will be 2 inch. Stub out through cabinet will be 1.5 inch. Hook up garage disposal and sink drain. Replace existing heater with new 40 gallon state. Will install a new ball valve.

Upstairs bathroom backs up over the course of a day In use. Quote is to uninstall one of the toilets in the mens restroom and run sewer equipment through flange access, once clear Replacing wax seal Jonny bolts, and resetting toilet -Urinal is leaking from the top hat where the diaphragm is located. Recommend replacing that and the gaskets related to resolve issue

Estimate: - Will pull permit for inspection - Will install tee on 3/4” galvanized gas inlet to house - Will install test gauge on tee - Will pump line with air to pressurize - If line holds pressure, will call for inspection - Once inspection is passed, will remove gauge and cap line

She has had roots growing in the line in the past. Toilet not flushing and draining very slowly. Pull toilet to make sure there are no roots growing in line. Pulled toilet and line was full of roots.

Pull and reset toilet replace wax ring

Toilet has a sloan valve that doesn't flush. Recommend rebuilding sloan valve.

Customers stated have water coming down into kitchen. Upon arrival found no water coming down in kitchen. Went to unit 202 and found some water sitting in pan, and water is off to unit. Turned water on and stared for 10mins inspecting water lines, and everything within the area, and couldn’t see any physical water leaking, and seems to heater aren’t busted because water level in pan stays the same. Noticed pipe to t&p isn’t fully in pan, and when I triggered it for a second water dripped mostly into pan, but some came out as well. Plus drain line from heater pan to condensate line is missing. Need to run line down into pan, and also need to connect drain line so if ever any water gets inside pan it can properly drain out. Tyler Dionis 9/11/24
