Client has two problematic toilets. The first toilet is doing a double flush. I feel like if we rebuild a tank that may solve the problem. If not, I would recommend just buying a new toilet for bathroom number two the toilet is not secured to the floor I do not know if the flange is broken I will know more after I pull the toilet but for now we will do a toilet reset, which entails shutting off the water, vacuuming out all the water in the toilet, pulling the toilet, putting a new wax ring down new bolts and securing it to the floor caulking after the job is done, if there is a problem with the flange, we will provide another estimate. - Shut water off - Vacuum all water out of the toilet - Remove the old fill valve, flapper and toilet handle rebuild all with new parts - Turn water on - Test the toilet Bathroom number two - Shut off water - Vacuum all water out of the toilet - Pull the toilet - Put down a new wax ring - Reinstall the toilet with new bolts and then hook the

Client noticed a high water bill and called us out to locate a leak. We located the leak outside on the main line. It’s spewing large sums of water and needs to be fixed ASAP. We will run a new mainline from the meter to the house in 3/4 in uponor. We run the uponor pipe 12 inches in the ground when we pop the line out of the ground where we are entering the house we transition from uponor pipe to three-quarter copper pipe. We will also hook up a three-quarter inch ball valve and a PRV in copper. - We have to dig a trench from the city water meter either under the sidewalk or through the sidewalk roughly 15 feet to connect to the already dug down trench we have to dig a little bit to make sure the rest of the trench is to code 18 inches deep - we will run 3/4 in uponor roughly 100 feet from the city main to the house - We will then run copper line out of the ground up the house to connect to the existing copper at the house - We will install a new copper ball valve, PRV and a new

-Client called us in regards to a whole house clogged I came out I diagnose the situation. It seems like the clog is located past the city clean out. I informed the client that I will drop the clog and she will pay us and just get reimbursed by the city due to the fact that this is a City problem the city advised him to call plumbing company for this issue. - Diagnostic of situation and location of clogg. My conclusion is the clogg is located past the city clean out. - Use my commercial cable to drop the clog. I will run it in the city 6 inch clean out and run the cable out to the city. - I will test the fixtures within the residence to make sure everything is working good - I will run a camera to examine clients sewer system

Customer will have tile and drywall removed before arrival. Estimate Recommended: - Will break up exposed concrete and extend toilet drain 34” to the right. New flange bolts will be 18” from wall. - Will repour concrete for tile to be layed. - Will extend exposed copper water line and install existing copper with angle stop 8” towards new location. - Will also extend existing 1 1/2” waste arm 6” towards wall.

Diagnosis fee

Stopped by customer house to remove stoppage but no one answered the door. Went to neighbors house and they said they don’t speak with their neighbor. Went to another neighbor and no one answered the door there as well. I attempted looking for the accessible clean out but didn’t see one

For this job I sent the customer estimates for Installing a new cast iron tub, new waste/overflow, and Installing a new shower valve. Customer thought we did tile so wants to check on tile replacement prices and then get back to us. We will reach out to her in a couple days to see which direction she wants to go.
