Sewer ———- We will demo sewer lines and replace all sewer under house We will remove all cast iron sewer pipes underneath the home the bathroom grouping, kitchen and laundry. We will also remove all cast iron pipes from the outside of home and 150ft to the city sewer tap. We will replace cast iron pipes with new sch 40 pvc main line with have 3 new clean outs one right before the tap and right before where the main line leaves the home. We will continue to run sch 40 to the bathroom grouping kitchen and laundry. We will run the sewer up the wall to the vanity as well as toilet and shower. We will run the laundry and kitchen up the wall and into the and run the waste arm in the kitchen. We will put the new sewer on 5ft of head pressure for testing and inspection purposes. After inspection we will set the toilet and tie the waste arms into the kitchen laundry and bathroom grouping as well as putting clean out caps flush to the ground. Run cable from VTR to clean blockage in main line After blockage is cleared we will run a camera to see what is causing the back up in main line

connect new pvc at cleanout on the side of the house and run a new 4” schedule 40 pvc main sewer line about 45 feet near the back driveway to the city sewer tap in the alley. - we will dig trench along side of house - we will saw cut across driveway 8 feet -we will replace concrete back to same driveway level - we will change from secondary cleanout coming from studio Where the pipe is going from 4 inch to 3 inch back to 4 inch. We will cap each end so roots do not protrude on either end of the pipe. Will install a cleanout near the city to test the sewer line for leaks Permits and inspection included 14 year warranty parts and labor warranty. 20% payment for deposit at sign of job. 20% after inspection 60% when job is completed.

Replace a wye fitting and connect to cast iron with a metal banded fernco . Re -attach to the test tee going towards home .

I will use my toilet auger to drop the clog all other fixtures are draining I feel confident I could get it with the auger if this doesn’t work this estimate will be void and a new estimate will be presented

Existing water heater is from 2009 and should be replaced. Replace GE 40 gallon low with state 40 gallon low. Piping is cpvc. Cold side is 3/4 and hot side is 1/2. Replace 2 hose bibs for laundry hookup.

Hydro scrub cast iron pipe with high pressure hose thru stack on roof. Clean pipes to create flow Half day hydro scrub Cut drive way concrete about 2feet wide 3 feet long Install new schedule 40 PVC clean out to have easy access to Pipes for future clogs, Clean out will have brass cap for extra protection Replace dirt and put concrete back Will come back and re camera line again to ensure pipe will work. Chain knock to knock the scaling and build up off the walls of the pipe

Client has a clog in her conjoining main line one half of her house is draining fine the other half is clogged I will climb on the roof being my commercial sectional cable up there and cable the vent stack I will run 100 ft which is excessive but I want to make sure the line is clear before I come down after I cable the vent stack I will test the plumbing to make sure it’s done and drains right We will find the main line in the background dig it up send our chain knocking technology through to far bathroom closet Bend turn on the chain knock and run it through cast iron sewer in order to remove bellies open the pipe back up to its normal six after that is done we will run our hydroscrub technology through the same system in order to clean out all of the debris that we just chain knocked off the sewer pipe There is also a cable that was left in the sewer we will get out we will try to blow it out with the hydroscrub if we can’t get it we will try other ways

Cut out and remove leaking carbon filter Repipe and connect gap in water supply from missing carbon filter so water can be turned back on

The client contacted us about a slow drain in their shower. With our state-of-the-art camera inspection, we found and removed a very large hair clog. We flushed the pipes and for added measure added a drain catcher to avoid future hair clogs.
