Apex was fast dealing with an issue at my short term rental. It is important to have fast response with renters. There was a larger issue that required re-lining the pipes. It was fast and should last for years.

Customer states there is a leak she suspects from toilet. Visible water spot below bathroom. Will open up the drywall to discorver what is leaking. From there I will be able to give you a price for repair as I will know what is leaking and what I have to fix. After opening up dry wall I discovered the cold water line was previously fixed with shark bites is now leaking. Repair cold water copper line Replace apex 1 ft of water line. No warranty

I’ll run a sectional cable which is commercial grade down the vent stack on the roof to drop the clog in the main line after I drop the clog I’ll test the sewer lines to make sure the clog is dropped I’ll also run a camera in the sewer line to see if there is an underlying problem causing the clogs to sit within the pipe

Run 3/4 uponor from meter to house. Transition from uponor to copper and run 3/4 copper up side of house into attic. Transition back to uponor and run to heater. Tee off and continue run to bathroom on opposite side of house. Run 3/4 hot line from heater to bathroom on opposite side of house. Tee off of both 3/4 lines into 1/2 and drop down for kitchen sink and ice maker. Install ice maker box. New angle stops and supply lines. Tee off of 3/4 into 1/2 and drop down for sink and shower/tub in far bathroom. Connect to shower valve. New supply lines and angle stops for toilet and sink. Tee off of 3/4 into 1/2 and drop down for bathroom behind laundry. Connect to shower valve, new toilet line and sink. New angle stops and supply lines. Install and connect to new laundry box in garage. Install hose bibs where wanted. Install new 3/4 emergency shut off ball valve and 1/2 PRV. Permitting and inspection. 10 year parts and labor warranty.

Customer states hot side of kitchen faucet is leaking through the valve. Also stated the 3 handle shower valve is leaking through valve as well. I recommend changing out both fixtures how ever the shower has very limited access and will need some more work, will give estimate to replace as well but I will give an option to rebuild the 3 handle shower valve. Replace kitchen faucet In order to gain access to shower valve I will need to open up tile inside the shower. This hole will be covered by a smithy plate but can not promise it will cover all of the outside holes due to the location of the current valve and how close it is to the tub spout. Will also need to remove grab bar as that is in line with old shower valve. Can be re installed into same location but it may need to be moved in order for it to not be in the way of the new shower valve. Replace 3 handle shower valve with single handle moen posi temp. Install schmitty plate Re Install grab bar in same location. If I need

Customer stated they have no hot water. Pulled hose off washer box to verify unit was getting water just not hot water. Recommend changing out with new tankless water heater with Tempera 20 6 yrs parts and labor warranty

Open up block wall outside of house on the other side of bathroom. Tee off of hot and cold lines and run pvc on outside wall to where shower valve will be located.

Work Order : 1690750 Work Order : 1690750 Middle urinal is clogged. Pull urinal off wall Cable urinal line Using small hydro scrub machine, scrub center urinal line. Reinstall urinal After checking all 3 urinals I found the right urinal valve needs to be rebuilt as it does not continue flushing when handle is realeased Rebuild urinal valve.

Dig to 1.5 -2 ft expose old cast sewer Create access to sewer Run chain knocker to knock any loose particles from old cast iron sewer line Hydroscrub main line, pulling loose debris down stream and out of sewer through access point Install pvc Cleanout with cap Backfill Includes additional camera inspection to ensure that sewer pipe was cleaned as intended.

Customer called stating they had a pinhole leak in an exposed pipe with a nail stuck into it to stop from leaking. Cut and sweat off copper 90 and replace with new copper 90.

Dig up main water line in front of house. Connect to main and run 3/4 line around right side of house and connect to softener. Run line from softener back around to front of house and reconnect to main line going into house. Install brand new halo saltless water softener. 5 year warranty. Replace 3/4 galvanized main line with 3/4 uponor from meter to house.

We will go to the problematic sewer and run chain knocking technology through the whole cast iron sewer line to clean and disassemble corrosion sewage etc We will then run hydro-scrubbing technology through the same cast iron line to totally clean out corrosion /sewage We will then install a new clean-out right outside the house for easy access for future cabling
