Estimate: - Will cap off vent stacks on two story roof - Will close off city side of cleanout - Will begin smoke test through cleanout in front of house - Will check whole house thoroughly for any leaks - Will give estimate for repairs upon finding any issues
Inspected whole house for sewer gas leaks but found nothing. Recommended smoke test.
Remove old gas tank 40 gal water heater Install new tankless water heater on outside of garage onto block wall Run hot and cold CPVC water lines from garage thru block wall and outside to connect to new heater
Whole house back up Cable from VTR on top of roof Once blockage is free we will run camera evaluation and give options to fix issue that is causing the back up!
