Replace angle stop and toilet supply line

Turn off power and water to tankless heater Remove tankless heater from wall Install new tankless heater Turn on power and water Test for leaks

Upon arrival, found mainline to be clogged upon further diagnosis. Found the effluent pump to not be working and two have been burnt out. Pump could have burned out from becoming clogged or the drainfield backing up into the pump pit causing pump to run constantly

Main line goes from pvc to copper at the house. Pvc male that is threaded into copper is cracked. Cut out 1 foot section of copper and pvc and put back together with pvc male, propress female, propress slip coupling and small piece of copper.

Remove old fill valve Install new fill valve

Chip and remove concrete around shower drain Inside cut and remove old drain Glue in new drain patch concrete around drain with sand mix Install new shower pan Plug with test ball and test to ensure no leaks CHANGE ORDER Disconnect water lines from tub valve Disconnect tub drain and overflow Carefully cut around tub, lift out of place and set out of way Once new tile is set around surround reset tub in place Reconnect water lines to tub valve Reconnect drain and overflow Fill and test

Old 1/2 hp effluent pump is not working Check wires to pump with voltage tester and the pump is receiving power I pulled the pump out and lifted the float switch straight up and pump will not turn on The tank the pump sits in is not sealed and the lid is in bad condition and need to be replaced with the pump Pump may be clogged with sewage We will replace effluent pump with a 3/4 hp grinder pump because effluent pump only pumps sewage and a grinder pump grinds sewage up before pumping it down the sewer line which greatly reduces chances of a clogged pump and with perform much better So we will install and new 3/4 Grinder pump and tank with a 3 year parts and labor warranty

Dig up and evaluate why grinder pump is not turning on

Joes angle stop is compromised we have to cut it off the 1/2 in pvc and apply a new one therefore the leak will stop We have to shut off the water per repair

Client called in regards to a water leak. The slab he already has leak detection come out and locate the leak We have to cut the tile to access the concrete We have to cut and excavate the concrete slab in order to find the trouble area We will cut out the compromised area and do a spot repair on the compromised copper pipe using a pro press and copper pipe also copper pro press fittings 3/4 or 1-2 in copper fittings/pipe After we fix compromised area we will backfill and re-concrete the slab in order to fulfill the job We do not replace the tile
